Authenticity Guarantee by the artist:
We at indianartworks.com assure our buyers that each piece of artwork, which is offered for sale on our site is a genuine work of art executed by the artist whose name appears alongside the specific item. We will also provide the buyer with an authenticity certificate from the artist whose artwork is being purchased. However, in the unlikely event that any item purchased from indianartworks.com is subsequently proven inauthentic within 1 month of purchase, indianartworks.com will refund the full purchase price and shipping costs paid by the buyer. These situations will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis and the onus of proving that the item is not authentic will be on the party making the claim. 

Handling of International Orders:
We definitely accept international orders. We ship artworks to any place in the world served by any major freight carrier. In countries where Customs Duty are applicable the buyer will be intimated of any additional documents / import taxes or tariffs if any, that will have to be provided / paid by the buyer. The item ordered will only be delivered upon clearance of such documents. In some countries, the laws do not permit such consignments to be kept undelivered for more than 72 hours and as such a prompt response will be appreciated. However, if no response comes through within 72 hours of intimation, the item will then be discarded at such international check post and we will entertain no refund claims. We request you to provide the requisites at your earliest convenience so that the above situation does not arise. There are some countries where there are restrictions on shipment imposed by the regulations of the respective destination countries. We will not be able to ship products to such countries.

Return and Refund Details:
The original colour and texture of the artwork may vary slightly from the colour and texture as seen in the computer screen on account of digitalisation of the image. The difference in appearance will depend upon the monitor settings at the users' end. We recommend to set the computer colour monitor to a resolution of 800 X 600 pixels and the colours option to True Colour (16 bit) to get the closest resemblance to the captured image. There could be slight variations in the scale of the artwork on account of conversion of various measurements to centimeters. We have tried to minimise such differences as far as possible, but we do not assume responsibility for minimal variances on account of technical reasons beyond our control. All sales are final unless the product is damaged when it reaches the buyer. We would request the buyer to check the artwork delivered to him / her before accepting delivery of the same. If the damage is apparent from the packaging, "Do not open it". In the unlikely event of the buyer receiving a damaged product, we would request the buyer not to accept delivery of the item.

Applicable Law:
The site is a property of Inertia Solutions, Calcutta, India and will be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Calcutta shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers.
